Turner D. Conway attends the Inland Leaders Charter School. This first grade
student does a very unusual thing – he gives away toys.
Conway, as part of a school service project, looked for something that would
benefit others. “So, when he heard about Spencer’s Treasures he knew he
found what he wanted,” said his mother, Chasie Conway.
Hello Readers,
I just wanted to share this special moment with you. Turner is doing a
service project for his school. He decided to donate new hand held toys to
little ones that are in the hospital for procedures or getting shots. The
organization that grabbed his heart is SPENCER’S TREASURES. This came to our
attention when Turner was just 3 yrs old, and he has been givingĀ his toys
to this precious causeĀ ever since.
When the principal challenged each student to spend 6-8 hours giving back to
the community, Turner decided to go to businesses and ask for donations to
Spencer’s Treasures. He also emailed friends, and made a flyer and delivered
it to our neighbors doorsteps. I am so touched by this little guy!!!! Thank
you for smiling with me
THANK YOU FOR DONATING TOYS MY FRIENDS!!
Chasie Conway, Mother
